Almost certainly. Mimic Party is a light Unity game: the only published tier is Minimum, and it asks for Windows 10, a Core i3 or Ryzen 3, 4 GB of RAM and a GTX 660 or HD 7850 — hardware from more than a decade ago. Storage is listed at 2 GB while the actual download is about 136 MB. The two requirements that actually matter are not on the GPU chart at all: a broadband connection that stays up for the whole session (the game is online only), and a microphone, which is mandatory — the whole game is played with your voice. Headphones are strongly recommended by the store itself so game audio does not bleed into your takes.

Chart specs undersell what matters here. And a microphone is not a nice-to-have: the requirements say a microphone is required to play, because every point you will ever score is sung, barked or yeehawed into one.
